Complete reroof of the existing facility using a retrofit metal roof system. The “Retro-R” roof system was installed directly over the existing metal roof, providing the owner with a new roof system without the need to tear off the existing roof. The reroof encompassed new “Retro-R” roof panels, roof trim, Gutters and downspouts. With an upper and lower roof element, Nowland Associates (NAI) went to great lengths to tiein all necessary flashings for a weathertight finished product.
