Complete reroof of the existing facility using a retrofit metal roof system. The “Retro-R” roof system was installed directly over the existing metal roof, providing the owner with a new roof system without the need to tear off the existing roof. The reroof encompassed the “Retro-R” roof panels, trim and flashings to tie-in to the existing walls, repairs to the existing gutters and downspouts and an EPDM parapet sheathing.
