Nowland Associates was hired by the Washington House Condominium Association to perform significant repairs and restoration to their existing five story building. The scope included the complete removal and replacement of building’s exterior veneer stone and brick cladding, weather resistive barriers, flashings, etc. The project spanned several years and multiple phases.
