This project was for an existing used car showroom located in Elkton, Md. The interior renovations included reconfiguring and remodeling the existing 2,900 square foot show room and office space.
The design intent was to create a more flexible and open space for customers and the sales team. This was achieved by eliminating enclosed offices, opening up the floor plan and constructing a new customer waiting area.
New interior finishes included painting, tile, carpet, acoustic ceilings, window tinting, custom casework, plumbing fixtures and new, exposed, spiral ductwork.
Additional exterior improvements included a new roof and the replacement of many of the existing sidewalks.
