Design | Build construction of multiple automotive sales and maintenance facilities spanning 23 years. All projects utilized pre-engineered steel framing systems with metal roof and facade panels, masonry exterior walls, and standard commercial interior finishes. 41 Years after the building was originally constructed, Nowland Associates was contracted to replace the existing metal roof.
