Installation of a new standing seam metal roof system over an existing EPDM roof which had failed. The system was composed of single length roof panels, structural sub framing, additional insulation to improve operating costs, fabrication and installation of new curbs to support mechanical equipment, flashings, fasteners, gutters and downspouts.
