Nowland Associates was hired to design and renovate the existing automotive facility for compliance with General Motors Facility Image Update Program.
The showroom, sales offices, service and customer areas were completely renovated with new flooring, ceilings, finishes, furniture, and high efficiency lighting. Also part of the interior renovations were a reconfiguration of customer waiting and customer service areas.
The exterior of the facility was also completely updated with new aluminum composite material (ACM), paint, sidewalks, vehicle display pads, landscaping and freestanding entry element.
Renovations to the facility occurred with minimal disruption as the facility was in continuous operation throughout construction.
