Nowland Associates was selected to redesign a new 3,500 sf library addition after a previous design left the library 300% over the libraries original budget.
The redesigned space provides the same space and program required with much more modest and appropriate means of construction considering the building’s site and surroundings.
The project is expected to be completed in 2015 and will provide much needed library space to further provide to the Oxford community.
