Decades after constructing the original building in 1977, a partnership was rekindled with three new phases. 1) a complete re-skinning of the existing 20,000 sf production facility, 2) a 4,000 sf addition to the production facility, and 3) a 5,000 sf two story office addition. The production addition is a steel building system and the office was framed conventionally. The office has brick veneer to the second floor and aluminum clerestory windows.
