Nowland Associates helped to revitalize the look of Newark’s Streets with this ambitious redevelopment project located on Choate Street. The project consisted of five new luxury townhomes each containing four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/living area, an office and garage parking. The exterior façade of the building uses various finishes, along with gable and dormer framing, to create depth and the appearance of stand-alone row homes while maintaining the efficiencies of typical residential construction techniques.
