28 years after building the facility for Alderman Automotive, Nowland Associates was tasked with replacing the original metal screw down roof.
The project encompassed installing an all new Galvalume screw down metal, new gutters and downspouts, new roof curbs at existing penetrations and new LTP's (Light Transmitting Panels).
